"In all my years of work, regardless of the field or position, Tatiana is by far and away the best mentor and trainer I have ever had. Tatiana and I are both in the HR Department, and though she's not my direct manager, she has been responsible for training me in my current role as the newly hired TA Coordinator. Tatiana is an outstanding leader and manager, and is the most capable and well-prepared professional I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
She excels at giving the most detailed yet easy-to-understand notes, guidance, explanations, and breakdowns for various protocols, tasks, and practices. She has made the process of transitioning into a new company and a new role completely seamless, smooth, and stress-free. Tatiana is also the epitome of a team player, a trait that is crucial to departmental and organizational success.
She goes out of her way to offer assistance, be available for any questions, and to provide support even from just a human point of view. If you're ever looking for someone to lead, inspire, guide, and bring together a team of people, she is your girl. I am very fortunate to have her as my colleague and teammate. If you have any questions about my experience of working with Tatiana, please don't hesitate to reach out. She's a gem."
