About me
I am a dedicated HR professional who values creativity, integrity, and thinking outside the box. Helping people is my true passion, and I approach my work with a positive attitude, emotional balance, and a belief that everything that happens is for the best.
My Professional Bio
My journey in HR started with a big decision. Feeling stuck in my office administration career and knew I needed a change. I considered both Marketing and Human Resources, but I chose HR because I am committed to fostering a great work environment for people and want to make their work lives better. However, my passion for Marketing and Design never faded, so I always find ways to bring creativity into my HR work - whether it’s through employer branding, internal communication, or engagement initiatives.
Seven years later, I took another leap - I moved to the U.S., starting my HR career from scratch. It was a challenge, but I stayed determined and open to new opportunities. With high emotional intelligence and a genuine care for people, I have built a career focused on supporting employees, creating meaningful workplace experiences, and driving positive change.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom of two wonderful kids, a loving wife, and a devoted Rottweiler owner. I also have a passion for traveling and have explored over 15 countries, gaining new perspectives along the way.
For me, HR is not just a job - it’s a way to make a difference. Every challenge has shaped me, and I embrace new opportunities with an open heart and mind.

Volunteering
Giving back to the community has been a core part of my life since graduating from university. My first job was with a charitable organization supporting people with disabilities, which sparked my passion for helping people.
When I moved to the U.S., volunteering became a way for me to build connections and integrate into the community. I contributed as a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist for Lauren’s House for Positive Change, served as a chaperone for Santa Clara Unified School District, and later took on the role of coordinating Ferrer US’s volunteering efforts in the Bay Area as part of the company’s Sustainability initiatives.
In 2024 alone, I dedicated over 300 hours to organizing and participating in various volunteer activities, from conservation projects and food banks to construction work, reinforcing my commitment to making a meaningful impact.

5 Fun Facts about Me

Fun Fact # 1
At the start of my career, I worked as a Community Project Assistant for a non-profit organization. In this role, back in 2001, I had the opportunity to travel to the UK as an interpreter, accompanying an exchange group that was even featured in an article in the Evening Telegraph newspaper.
This experience not only honed my communication skills but also deepened my appreciation for cross-cultural collaboration and community engagement

Fun Fact # 2
Collaboration and creativity have always been central to my work. One of my favorite creative projects was a video I co-produced with my colleague from CTM in 2016 about the art of Frida Kahlo. It was a fun project that allowed us to explore Kahlo’s vibrant talent while showcasing our storytelling skills.
Here’s the link to the video—make sure you turn on subtitles in English!
To commemorate the project, we recreated Kahlo's iconic "Two Fridas" portrait- here’s a photo of us embodying her duality and resilience. As a delightful bonus, we received the Top Award for Best Costume at the Year-End Party!

Fun Fact # 3
Ever since I was a child, I’ve had a deep love for drawing. I attended an art school with dreams of becoming an architect. However, life led me down a different path, and I built my career in HR instead.
Despite this shift, my passion for art has never faded. Throughout my career, I’ve always sought opportunities to apply my creativity, contributing to projects that involve design and visual storytelling.
In this image, I’m decorating playhouses with the Ferrer US team for Habitat for Humanity East Bay as part of Ferrer’s DaysForGood 2024 - a meaningful initiative that brings people together to give back to the community.

Fun Fact # 4
In my free time, I dedicate myself to helping Russian-speaking immigrants establish their careers in the U.S. Since 2020 I’ve successfully assisted over 50 individuals in securing their first jobs in America, a milestone that fills me with pride and purpose.
I’m also the creator and administrator of a thriving Job Search for Russian Speakers Group on Facebook, which has grown to over 50,000 followers and offers guidance, support, and resources to job seekers.

Fun Fact # 5
Photography is another passion of mine. I enjoy capturing life’s moments, and some of my work can be viewed here on Pexels. I’ve channeled this passion into my professional life, serving as the corporate photographer for Ferrer US events, including the 2023 Year End event, where I documented key moments and celebrations.
What I Love to Do Outside Work
In my free time, I love spending time with my dog Ashley - she’s my loyal adventure buddy and always keeps life fun. I also enjoy road trips and exploring iconic places like Monument Valley, where I can unwind and reconnect with nature. I also love getting a little silly on Halloween - yes, that’s me as Mario getting a surprise kiss from a horse! Life’s too short not to enjoy the little moments.
