It was my pleasure to have hired Tatiana (Tanya to those of us who know her well) and work with her while at Ferrer US (legally Alexza Pharmaceuticals). Tanya is an imaginative and committed person who reliably performed her responsibilities above expectations. She was exceptionally responsive to her duties and was able to interpret even the most complex instructions. She became a valuable resource for the People Department very soon after joining the company and quickly gained respect for a variety of contributions she made to the organization.
Tanya’s interpersonal and professional capabilities allowed her to develop productive working relationships with both internal personnel and external partners. As an example, Tanya’s recruiting skills were exceptional. She worked very closely with the hiring managers from the beginning of the process to the final selection. She had the listening, observation, and interviewing expertise necessary to obtain information from candidates that allowed her to assess needed skills which were important for key positions throughout the organization.
Over all Tanya had a wide range of talents that made her a pleasure to work with including excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. She is extremely organized, reliable and computer savvy. Tanya can work independently as well as manage a team (she managed our fun committee for example) and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. She was flexible and willing to work on any project that was assigned to her and was quick to volunteer to assist or lead in other areas of the company whenever asked.
I am excited for Tanya as she continues to grow in her career, Ferrer US is lucky to have her on their team.

Tatiana and I worked together for about three and a half years. I was fortunate to participate in various projects with her, both in the role of an equal participant, and in the role of a project manager. Tatiana Morgunova was employed by CTM Ltd from November 2013 until May 2017. During that time period, Tatiana worked as HR Manager and reported directly to me. As Tatiana’s manager, I can best discuss the qualities and accomplishments that she brought to our company.
Tatiana was responsible for the full range of company HR issues. From the very beginning, she was a self-starter who required little supervision. She elaborated and implemented a new staffing program that included sourcing, interviewing, appraisal, reference checking, and onboarding. I was sorry to see Tatiana leave. Her husband was offered a job that he long dreamt of and now works for Oracle Corp in Santa Clara, Ca. Though Tatiana adored her work in our company, I know that she is a faithful and reliable partner to her husband and I respect that the needs and interests of her family are paramount.
I highly recommend Tatiana to an employer. We are sorry to lose her and her contributions in our workplace over the years have been substantial. She dedicated lots of her time to making sure that her knowledge and skills stay in our workplace by training a replacement prior to her departure.
